The symphony of the storm

Emily has become a skilled author. She has developed her storytelling skills and how she can use new languages to communicate these stories. After telling the story of a storm, Emily began to think about the different components within her story. 

Emily focused on the thunderstorm and using different parts of her body she began to sing the song of the storm. Mesmerized by her movements and sounds, other children joined in with creating the story. 

The atmosphere was eerie and overwhelming with a symphony of sounds, until the silence fell and the piece finished....

Suddenly a RAINBOW was caught...

The children watched how the light bounced around the CD's refracting into a spectrum of colours. Fabric was dyed individually to create their very own spectrum putting an end to the Symphony of the Storm.
