Homework Questionnaire

Dear Parents / Carers,

I would be very grateful if you would complete the questionnaire below regarding homework as we would like to review our practice here at CMPS.

As you know the value of homework has been the subject of debate over the years and there are conflicting views as to whether it positively impacts on academic achievement. It is our belief that homework should not put undue pressure on children and families and certainly shouldn’t impact on family time and extra-curricular opportunities.

The views of children and Governors will also be sought to give us as rounded a picture as possible.

Thank you for support in this.

Yours sincerely,

Deborah Kenny
